Overview


We are seeking a professional, friendly, hardworking Administrator/Receptionist to join our team at a new Dermatology Clinic in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, exceptional customer services skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, always prioritising the patient journey and experience.

This role will be be a hybrid role.

Tuesday:

11-7 Clinic Shift

Wednesday:

10-6 Clinic Shift

Thursday:

4pm -6pm Home Shift, Calls and Inbox

Saturday:

Inbox cover, 1 hour AM and 1 hour PM

Responsibilities



Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls using excellent phone etiquette. Calling back and missed calls and calling back email enquires. Looking after the clinic inbox Booking appointments and managing clinic diaries Sending invoices, taking payments, chasing non payments. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and well-organised at all times. Handle administration duties such as filing, scanning, adhoc requests Utilise Microsoft applications for various office tasks, including document creation and email correspondence. Maintain office and clinic supplies by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary.

Skills and Experience



Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Proficient in using computerised systems, particularly Microsoft applications. Ability to convert enquiries and leads into bookings for the clinic. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills Problem solving skills and using initiative highly desirable A positive committed attitude Being able to show empathy and be supportive to our patients

Pay: 26,000.00-34,000.00 per year
