Full time Temporary Receptionist/Administrator required by an Accountancy firm located in Heathfield with immediate start for 12 months.
This varied role will involve providing assistance in areas such as office administration, telephone and reception duties on a full time basis of 37.5 hours per week.
We are looking for someone who is organised and pro-active, who is a good communicator and understands the principles of working in a team, but who can also use their own initiative and work independently. You should have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks as well as the ability to multitask, strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. Ideally you will have a background in administration and have good computer skills including Word, Excel and Sage, although you are not required to have had prior experience of working in an accountancy practice to apply, as full training will be provided in house.
