About the Role



We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Administrator-Scheduler to deliver comprehensive administrative support for Community360's Community Transport Schemes and related projects. The successful candidate will ensure that transport services effectively meet the needs of individuals, as well as voluntary, public, and private organizations.

Key Responsibilities



Schedule all trips efficiently, manage service bookings, organise driver allocations (volunteers and paid), and produce daily passenger lists. Maintain accurate records of users, drivers, bookings, and journey statistics for reporting to Trustees and funders. Process new and renewal membership applications and promote the transport scheme across platforms including social media, website, and pre-approved case studies or press materials. Respond to telephone enquiries in line with Community360 policies, updating call logs and addressing complaints appropriately. Support volunteer driver recruitment, induction, and training, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, including safety checks, MOTs, taxation, permits, and daily defect reporting. Conduct regular evaluations and customer satisfaction surveys, recording results on the central database. Comply with organisational policies, procedures, and GDPR regulations, maintaining confidentiality and accurate records. Attend internal meetings, training sessions, and community events, contributing to marketing and development initiatives. Undertake additional duties as required to support the aims and objectives of Community360

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience of providing efficient customer service/administrative support in a busy office environment Good working knowledge of databases and spreadsheets Competent and secure use of IT including Email, Internet, MS Office 365, Database and Cloud technologies Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening) Good all-round secondary education (Diploma or equivalent in relevant area desirable, e.g., Business Administration) Commitment to self-development and continuing professional development

Experience



Experience in a busy administrative or scheduling role is essential Experience of the voluntary and charitable sector, and working with volunteers is desirable
