CGE Yorkshire Ltd are based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. We specialise in Renewable's, mainly Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV. A position has arisen within the company for a full time office admin assistant to join the team.
The candidate will need to need to be computer literate and a competent user of Word and Excel. All training will be provided on the job, key features of the job are as follows;
Roles/Responsibilities:
Answering the phones & taking messages
Using in-house software to assist system design
Preparing quotations
Raising customer invoices
Basic accounting for installation costings
Key Skills:
Experience in working in a fast-paced office environment
Must be familiar and have advanced skills (Key programs Microsoft Office)
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external contacts.
Keen attention to detail
Proactive mindset
Ability to complete time-sensitive tasks
