Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
Support financial operations by managing invoices and transactions using QuickBooks.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members as required.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in computerised systems with a strong understanding of Google Suite applications.
Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
