Admin/PA Support Coordinator We have a fantastic opportunity for an Admin/PA Support Coordinator in London. We will require the successful candidate to support a busy team where they will be expected to build and maintain an excellent rapport with a portfolio of clients and will need to manage a variety of duties including but not limited to general admin support, meeting management (booking rooms, organising agenda’s, minute taking etc) This is the perfect role for someone with a strong background in Administrative/PA Support looking to join a fast paced and growing team within an established, market leading insurance broker. This role will offer flexible working opportunities between the office and remote working from home after an initial training period. What can you expect?

We will rely on you to:
  • To be the first point of contact to provide Brokers with professional support and accurate information
  • To prioritise workload and client requests
  • To pro-actively manage a portfolio of Wholesale Brokers, working in the Lloyds of London Risk Market
  • To ensure the efficient and accurate production of all reports and correspondence to clients and Brokers.
  • Provide organisational and administrative support to the Broking Team.
  • Booking meetings and meeting rooms when requested
  • Organising meeting agenda’s
  • Taking minutes at meeting and subsequent and distribution of minutes with appropriate documentation to team
What you need to have:
  • Proven Administrative/PA experience working in a similar capacity
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
  • High self-motivation with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds
  • A good academic background supported by good grades at A-Level and/or GCSE in subjects that include Maths and English
  • Competent in the use of MS Office applications
