As an Admin/Stores Assistant at Seven Waste Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of both the administrative functions and stores operations at our EnviRecover facility. You will be responsible for supporting a range of site activities, from front-of-house reception work and document control to managing the stores' CMMS system and assisting with engineering deliveries.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?
- Acting as the first point of contact at reception and handling phone calls and correspondence
- Processing purchase orders and maintaining finance and invoice logs
- Managing the transfer of invoices and weighbridge tickets
- Maintaining the site induction register and supporting CDM project admin
- Managing stationery and consumables orders
- Supporting the Maintenance Manager with audits and CMMS data input
- Supporting the Plant Manager with site tours and other visitors
- Verifying engineering deliveries against delivery notes
- Providing cover for the Technical Admin role as required
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a team player with a proactive approach to administration and stores duties. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with company purchasing systems and CMMS
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with self-discipline
- Prior experience in a heavy industry environment (desirable)
