Administration Officer

to support our daily operations, planning applications, and client management as will as construction progress processes.



We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Administration Officer who can manage a wide range of administrative and customer-related, planning and construction tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining planning application records, handling customer communication, managing construction site data, and supporting the general office workflow.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and submit

planning applications

and related documentation Handle

emails, customer queries, and professional phone calls

Maintain

spreadsheets, project data, and site work information

Assist with

social media updates and basic online communication

Coordinate between clients, staff, and management Learn and use new

company software and digital tools

efficiently Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements



Minimum 3 years of experience

in an administration role

Fluent English

-- excellent written and verbal communication Strong computer skills and fast typing speed Ability to learn new systems/software quickly Organised, reliable, and able to multitask Good customer service and interpersonal skills Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

Desirable (Not Essential)



Experience in

construction, planning, architecture, or design

Knowledge of spreadsheet management and data entry or new system such as clip up software.
