An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
Registered Nurse (RN, RNMH, or RNLD)
with a strong background in dementia care to lead and deliver a specialist Admiral Nursing service.
The Admiral Nurse will provide expert, relationship-centred dementia care and support to individuals and families living with dementia. The role involves managing a clinical caseload, providing one-to-one support and guidance, and promoting best practices in dementia care across the organisation.
You will act as an advocate for people with dementia and their families, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, compassionate, and person-focused care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialist dementia care and support to residents and families with complex needs.
Lead the development and implementation of best practices in dementia care.
Manage a clinical caseload and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Provide professional advice, support, and education to colleagues and families.
Promote a person-centred, relationship-based approach to dementia care.
Requirements
Current
NMC registration
(RN, RNMH, or RNLD).
Significant post-registration experience working with people with dementia and their carers in various settings, including primary care.
Formal post-graduate training or education in dementia care.
Strong communication, leadership, and advocacy skills.
Passion for improving the quality of life for people living with dementia.

Pay: From 38,000.00 per year
