The Admiral Repair Network (ARN) Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the performance of the ARN within the Household Claims function. This role ensures that supplier partnerships align with Admiral's strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and customer service standards. You will lead the team of supplier performance managers to drive performance improvements, and act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners. Your leadership will ensure that supplier services contribute to excellent customer outcomes, cost efficiency, and compliance with FCA Conduct Rules and Consumer Duty.


Key Responsibilities


Supplier Management Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end supplier relationship lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract compliance. Performance Auditing: Collaborate with audit teams to assess supplier performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to drive innovation and service excellence. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline supplier-related processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure supplier operations align with FCA regulations, Admiral's policies, and Consumer Duty principles. Data & Reporting: Analyze supplier performance data, produce monthly reports, and present insights to senior leadership. Team Leadership: Coach and develop a team of supplier performance managers to foster a high-performance culture. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal departments such as Claims, Legal, and Procurement to align supplier strategies with business needs.

Skills & Experience Required


Proven experience in supplier relationship or vendor management, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong understanding of claims processes and regulatory requirements (FCA, Consumer Duty). Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting. Familiarity with contract management and service level agreements (SLAs). Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment.
