Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Admissions Manager to join our team. The Admissions Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the admissions process, ensuring that prospective students receive the necessary information and guidance to make informed decisions about their educational journey. This position requires a passion for education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all applicants.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants. Educate prospective students about the institution's programmes, values, and opportunities available. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate applicants' suitability for admission. Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment of admissions criteria with programme goals. Organise and participate in recruitment events, open days, and information sessions. Maintain accurate records of applications, decisions, and communications with prospective students. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Analyse admissions data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.

Skills



Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using technology and software for data management and reporting. Ability to educate others clearly, conveying complex information in an understandable manner. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results. Experience in admissions or related fields is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
