The

Admissions Assistant

will join the team to provide general administrative support to the department in relation to pupil recruitment. The position is a

part-time

post to cover

maternity leave

from December 2025 to March 2026, and this is likely to be extended. The normal hours of work are 25 per week, 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. The salary will be 23,660 full time equivalent (16,900 pro rata for 25 hours).

Specific Responsibilities:



To provide general admin support to the department for the purposes of supporting recruitment Drafting offer letters and acceptance letters when other members of the team are overseas ISAMS record management and updating relevant CRM Requesting references Uploading documents to the drive/ISAMS Setting up tests and sending tests Organising Zoom interviews and visits when other members of the team are overseas Drafting CAS requests and checking data on ISAMS Maintaining Agent Agreement Administration
Other responsibilties extend to;

Essential Skills and Experience



Strong administrative experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to produce clear, professional correspondence Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good event organisation experience (logistics, planning, coordination). Comfortable dealing with external stakeholders in a professional manner and possess an ability to build relationships. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Flexible attitude; willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
