We are seeking a driven, people-focused Admissions & Lead Generation Officer to join our student recruitment team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone based in the UK who's passionate about making higher education accessible -- especially for underrepresented communities.
You will play a key role in identifying and connecting with potential students who can benefit from fully funded university courses via Student Finance England.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate high-quality leads for university applicants through:
Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Messaging apps and community groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups)
In-person methods like community outreach, events, and word-of-mouth
Cold messaging, email campaigns, and direct outreach
Clearly explain the benefits of university education and Student Finance England
Share accurate information about courses, deadlines, and funding options
Build rapport with local and migrant communities to raise awareness
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and consistent messaging
What We're Looking For
Legally eligible to work in the UK
Proven experience in lead generation, community outreach, or student recruitment
Confident using digital tools and social platforms to reach new audiences
Self-motivated, target-driven, and friendly communicator
Multilingual (e.g. Ukrainian, Romanian, Polish, Turkish) is a strong advantage
Comfortable splitting time between office-based and remote work
