Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Admissions & Marketing Officer to join Kings Monkton School . This role is vital in welcoming prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process, and representing our school's values and commitment to excellence. Additionally the role leads on the development and delivery of our marketing strategy to help achieve pupil number targets.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, but who is also a great team member. IT skills are essential as website updates, databases and effective communication are key aspects of this role, but positive soft skills are equally important.

Responsibilities
Coordinate all pupil admissions to the school, end-to-end.
To keep the Principal, Senior Leadership Team and Academic Board informed on Admissions and pupils numbers, including the development and update of pupil admissions numbers and forecast.
Develop and maintain the school's admissions dashboard, including KPIs and forecast data.
Develop and deliver the School Admissions strategy, meeting school targets and ensuring the sustainability of the school.
Maintain the school's admissions policy.
Promote Tier 4 and International recruitment.
Keep all documentation/records up-to-date and in order
Lead for the school's marketing including support to developing the school's marketing strategy, designing and producing hard copy marketing assets (including the school prospectus and option packs), social media, website updates, adverts/advertorials and photoshoots.
Co-ordination of school open events.
General Office/Reception and secretarial duties (including appropriate first aid training).
