Job Description

We are looking for a personable Admissions Officer to join our busy admissions team. The is a customer facing role dealing with the parents of prospective pupils. Candidates should therefore have excellent communication and presentation skills but should also be highly organised and have excellent administration and time management skills. In addition to general admissions department duties, the successful candidate will have responsibility for liaising with overseas agents and ensuring the school complies with visa and immigration rules relating to international pupils. A detailed and meticulous approach to your duties is therefore essential



You will be part of a friendly and supportive team and training will be available to enhance skills.



We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people; this is a commitment which we expect all staff and volunteers to share. The successful candidate will be required to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check in line with the Governments safer recruitment guidelines. The school will also conduct online searches intended to verify candidates' suitability to work with children.



This role is UK based and your Right to Work will need to be established as part of the appointment process.
