Role Summary
We are seeking an
Admissions Support Officer
to join our Manchester team. You will support students through the university admissions process, provide guidance on courses and student finance, and maintain accurate records within our systems.
Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up on
student enquiries and leads generated through social media and marketing campaigns
Call prospective students who have shown interest in
various university programmes advertised by FBA UK LTD
Provide clear, accurate information about
courses, universities, intakes, and study options
Understand student backgrounds, eligibility, and career goals to
guide them towards suitable programmes
Encourage and support interested applicants through the
admissions and application process
, converting enquiries into enrolled students
Assist students with
Student Finance England
guidance and required documentation
Liaise with university admissions teams to ensure smooth processing of applications
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student progress in the
FBA CRM system
Collaborate with sub-partners to ensure smooth student admissions and provide timely updates on application progress.
Communicate professionally via
phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent UK qualification)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident, professional, and student-focused approach
Ability to work full-time from the Manchester office
