Job title: Adobe Marketing Automation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Adobe Marketing Automation Specialist for a future role to design, implement, and optimize cross-channel marketing automation strategies using Adobe Experience Cloud and related tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Campaign, Marketo Engage, and Real-Time CDP, and experienced in orchestrating personalized journeys across email, web, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven, personalized marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign, Marketo Engage, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Build customer segments using Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Real-Time CDP, enabling precise targeting and cross-channel activation.
Design and automate omnichannel journeys across email, web, mobile, and social platforms.
Utilize Adobe Target, Optimizely, and VWO to run A/B and multivariate tests, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
Integrate and analyze campaign performance using Adobe Analytics and report on key KPIs.
Collaborate with creative teams and developers to ensure seamless campaign execution across platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Manage and optimize email campaigns via Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp, and SendGrid.
Coordinate and schedule content across social media using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, SocialBee, and Adobe Social.
Support SEO and SEM efforts with performance insights from SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
Apply Adobe Sensei capabilities to enhance personalization and predictive marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and digital campaign execution.
Proficiency with Adobe Campaign (Classic and/or Standard), Marketo Engage, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Real-Time CDP.
Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud, especially Adobe Target, Analytics, Audience Manager, and AEM.
Experience with additional tools:
Email & Campaign: Mailchimp, SendGrid
Testing & Optimization: Optimizely, VWO
Social Media: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, SocialBee, Adobe Social
SEO & SEM: SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs
Strong segmentation, lead nurturing, and scoring strategy experience.
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification in Campaign, Marketo, or Real-Time CDP.
Experience integrating automation tools with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Background in B2B and/or B2C lifecycle marketing.
Experience working in agile or sprint-based marketing environments.
