Job title: Adobe Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Adobe Project Manager to lead and manage projects involving Adobe's suite of marketing and experience management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and other Adobe tools to deliver seamless digital experiences on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Adobe-focused digital marketing and experience projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, utilizing time-tracking and resource management tools such as Harvest, Toggl, Clockify, Resource Guru, and Float. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, creative, and analytics to ensure successful implementation of Adobe solutions like AEM, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Adobe Marketo Engage. Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable plans. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track. Oversee the deployment of Adobe Sensei AI-powered features to enhance marketing and customer experiences. Manage digital asset workflows and approvals leveraging Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Sign. Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Provide regular status reports and presentations to senior leadership and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience, preferably with digital marketing or enterprise technology projects. Strong familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially AEM, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Audience Manager, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Sign, and Adobe Sensei. Proven experience managing resources and timelines using tools such as Harvest, Toggl, Clockify, Resource Guru, or Float. Solid understanding of digital marketing processes and technology integrations. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Experience working with Adobe implementations in enterprise environments. Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Background in marketing technology or digital transformation initiatives.
