The Adoption and Change Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
This position involves collaborating with project sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to drive effective change management. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, stakeholder influence, and a strategic mindset.
The Adoption and Change Manager is a key driver in ensuring that change initiatives are not only implemented but also embraced by the organisation.
You will be expected to:
Change Definition:
+ Work closely with project sponsors to define the purpose, scope, and expected outcomes of change initiatives.
+ Ensure clarity and alignment on the change vision. Sponsorship and Resource Management:
+ Secure sponsorship commitment and necessary resources.
+ Establish a sponsorship coalition to support change efforts. Risk Assessment:
+ Identify and assess impact risks associated with the change.
+ Develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Integrated Change Planning:
+ Create a comprehensive change plan that integrates seamlessly with the overall project plan.
+ Consider dependencies, timelines, and milestones. Effective Communication:
+ Develop timely and clear communication plans.
+ Engage stakeholders through various channels to manage expectations and build buy-in. Change Readiness Assessment:
+ Evaluate the organisation's readiness for change.
+ Address gaps and proactively manage resistance. Role-Based Training:
+ Design and deliver customised training programs.
+ Ensure individuals understand their roles in the new environment. Adoption Measurement:
+ Track adoption metrics before, during, and after go-live.
+ Assess the effectiveness of change initiatives. Change Sustainment:

What you'll need?
To be successful in the role, we are looking for:
+ Prosci/ ADKAR Practitioner qualification or equivalent
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Organisational Psychology, Change Management).
+ Proven experience in change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to navigate complex organisational structures
