What's the Role?



We're recruiting Adult Early Help Senior Lead Worker. You'll:



Build positive, trusting relationships with adults and carers, focusing on what matters most to them. Use strengths-based, person-centred approaches to help people achieve their personal outcomes. Lead and coordinate multi-agency support, working alongside health, housing, and community partners. Support people with multiple needs, helping them to live well and independently. For Senior Lead Workers: Supervise and develop colleagues and play a key role in shaping our service and culture.

These posts are all full time and are a mixture of permanent and grant funded positions. The grant funded positions will run until 31 March 2027, in the first instance.
