Adult Education Tutor - Health & Social Care, Mental Health & Counselling

Days of work:

Mon - Friday (5 Days per week)

Hours of work:

9am - 5pm

Areas of delivery:

Northwest region

Salary:

27, 000 - 29,000 dependant on experience (Can increase to 31,000 once probation is passed and KPI's have been met)

Overview



Three-Dimensional Training are a business committed to providing the highest quality service to our clients. Due to continuous expansion, 3DT are looking for additional tutors to join their growing team. The tutors are required to deliver classroom or remote training for 19+ learners who are employed or unemployed. Our key areas for delivery are within the Liverpool City Region, Cheshire West and Chester, Ellesmere Port, Preston and Lancashire

3D are looking for a flexible tutor who is able to deliver a number of Mental Health and wellbeing, Substance Misuse and Adult Social Care (up to level 3), Mentoring, Volunteering, Suicide Awareness and Counselling.

In addition we have development opportunities for areas in IT, ESOL and Warehousing.

Key Job Role Responsibilities



Creates engaging content for teaching sessions and is comfortable to use a variety of assessment methods. Assessment; ensures the integrity of the training and assessment process for candidates on all funded qualifications. Facilitates; Ensures teaching methods and learning checks are adapted to meet the needs of all learners in their individual settings. Monitors progress and agrees development actions with learners and partners. Partner relations; establishes, nurtures and develops relationships with key stakeholders and partners at sites. Ensure documentation and systems are completed accurately in line with contractual and internal procedures. Adheres to quality assurance standards; liaises with the Internal Quality Assurer and participates in standardisation and verification visits. Works with partners and Account managers to closely identify additional training needs for partners / learners and drive forward. Embed British Values and Safeguarding throughout delivery and interaction with learners. Embed maths and English throughout delivery. Embed IAG throughout delivery.

Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year
