to join our

Adult Community Learning team

on a temporary, sessional basis for the current academic year.

What You'll Do

Deliver a range of accredited and non-accredited courses to adult learners across Blaenau Gwent. Create engaging lesson plans and schemes of work tailored to learner needs and awarding body requirements. Use a variety of teaching methods, including blended and remote learning approaches. Support learners with guidance, feedback, and digital tools like e-portfolios. Contribute to learner progression, quality assurance, and community learning events.

What We're Looking For

A

Level 3 or higher teaching qualification

and a

subject-specific qualification

. Experience in adult and community learning, with strong planning and delivery skills. Confidence using

Microsoft Office 365

, digital learning platforms, and e-portfolios. A recognised qualification in teaching essential skills, including

digital literacy

. Registration with the

Education Workforce Council (EWC)

. A flexible, professional, and learner-focused approach with excellent communication skill
