The Adult Education Teacher plays a vital role in empowering adult learners to achieve their educational goals. Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of adult learners. Facilitate engaging classroom discussions that encourage participation and critical thinking. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Utilise various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles. Support students with special educational needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational programme and share best practices. Communicate effectively with students, providing guidance and support throughout their learning journey.

Skills

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching adult learners is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner. Experience working with children or individuals with special educational needs is advantageous. Ability to educate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Excellent organisational skills, enabling effective lesson planning and classroom management. A patient and empathetic approach, fostering a supportive atmosphere for all learners.

Pay: 22,880.00-50,687.80 per year
