What you'll do:

Deliver engaging, inclusive, and learner-centred sessions to adult learners Adapt delivery methods to suit individual learning needs and levels Support learners with achieving qualifications, confidence, and real-world application Record attendance, progress, and feedback accurately and in line with provider requirements Contribute to a positive learning environment and help learners overcome barriers
We're looking for tutors with:

Experience teaching adults in community, FE, or work-based learning environments Subject expertise in one or more areas: Functional Skills, ESOL, Digital Skills, Care, etc. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PTLLS, AET, CertEd, PGCE or equivalent) A DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: 16.00-35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dartford DA2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Willingness to travel:

25% (preferred)
Work Location: In person
