The post holder will be responsible for coordinating the Adult Learning Partnership Swansea (ALPS), which is a multi-organisational partnership overseeing and directing the provision for adult learners across the county of Swansea. This will include reporting to the ALPS Strategic Group (which has responsibility for setting the strategic direction of Adult and Community learning in Swansea as well as monitoring the curriculum and quality of provision across the partnership).


The post holder will sit within the Lifelong Learning (LL) service within the local authority, that delivers Adult Community Learning throughout Swansea.


The post holder will co-ordinate delivery across the partnership against the ALPS Strategic Plan, to ensure that the direction for ALPS is in line with local and national priorities, Welsh Government and Medr guidelines and Estyn requirements.
