Swansea Council's Adult Services Transformation Team is seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Project Manager who will lead high impact projects across our Transformation and Improvement Programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of adult social care in Swansea, working at the heart of innovation and service improvement.

As a Project Manager in our Adult Services Transformation Team, you'll:

Lead and deliver impactful projects that improve outcomes for adults across Swansea. Work collaboratively with internal teams, health board colleagues and external partners. Apply project management expertise to ensure timely, effective and measurable delivery. Communicate confidently with stakeholders and report progress to senior leaders.

We're looking for someone who:

Has proven experience in managing complex projects, ideally within public sector or health/social care settings. Is highly organised, self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Is a confident communicator and skilled relationship builder. Is ready to innovate, challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement. Whether you're an established Project Manager or looking for a more strategic role, we want to hear from you.
