Who we are looking for...





We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as apprentices. You should be a team player with excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a positive, flexible attitude. If you're eager to develop new skills and take responsibility while working in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you!



For the Level 2 qualification the ideal candidate will have a good standard of English, Maths, and ICT, and a strong willingness to learn and grow. No formal qualifications are required.



For the level 3 qualification the applicant should have a minimum of 5 x GCSE at Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language.

As part of our Adult Care Worker apprenticeship offer, if your placement is within one of our community-based teams, we are offering a limited number of spaces on our in-house driver training program, meaning you could end your apprenticeship with a full driving licence.
