What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy in their daily lives. Creating a safe, supportive, and homely environment. Helping individuals achieve their personal goals and develop independence. Encouraging social inclusion, fun, and community engagement. Being a trusted, caring presence -- someone who makes a difference.

What You'll Bring:

A kind, patient, and positive attitude. Great communication and teamwork skills. A willingness to learn -- no experience needed, just the right values! A full UK driving licence (preferred). A sense of fun and a heart for helping others.
