I am recruiting several CARING and PASSIONATE Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service, located in Llandovery, Carmarthenshire, supports adults aged 18-65.

The service is looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.

Salary: 25,552.80 - 31,327.20 (Based on 6 sleep-in shifts a month) Hours: Full Time - 39 hours Contract: Permanent Shifts: 3 on 4 off 08:00 - 21:00 with optional sleep-in shifts. (Days) or Nights 4 on 4 off Location: Llandovery, Carmarthenshire,

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for the following:

Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices. Ensuring the safety of the service users. Following care plans for each individual. Taking service users out into the community. Participating in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening and day trips. Varying levels of personal care.
Requirements:

No experience required. Must be resilient. Drivers ESSENTIAL Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
