Adult Support Workers

to join our friendly and supportive team in Crewe. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or complex care requirements, helping them lead independent, fulfilling lives.

About the Role:

As an Adult Support Worker, your responsibilities may include:

Supporting service users with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and household tasks Promoting independence and choice through person-centred care Supporting access to community activities, education, or employment Assisting with medication and health-related appointments Building positive relationships with individuals, families, and professionals

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for care and supporting others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliability, empathy, and a non-judgemental attitude 6 months or more experience is needed Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Bonus if you have:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) A valid UK driving licence (depending on the role)
