Specialize in litigation related to disrepair cases. Conduct possession proceedings efficiently. Perform own advocacy work when required. Attend court hearings in Taunton, Yeovil, and Weston as needed. Collect IT equipment on the first day onsite.
Person Specifications
Proven experience in litigation, particularly in disrepair cases. Ability to manage possession proceedings independently. Strong advocacy skills with experience in court representation. Willingness to work part-time, 3 days per week. Flexibility to travel for onsite court appearances.
