Adult's Social Worker, Continuing Health Care, North London
Pay rate 36 to 40 per hour
Contract role, CHC
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult's Social Worker in North London
This is to work in a CHC Team.
We're looking for an experienced Social Worker with an excellent understanding of the CHC process that triggers DST Assessments and the ability to tackle the challenges that may arise.
