The Role: Disability Social Worker
Based: Wales
Start date: 01/09/2023.
If you are a dedicated and experienced disability social worker with highly developed and specialist knowledge of social work practice and HCPC registration, we would like to hear from you.
If your experience is combined with a flexible approach and the capacity to work under pressure, you could be our ideal candidate.
Responsibilities:
- managing caseloads with various complexity
- assessing and managing the risk involved in protecting vulnerable people.
- regularly monitoring and reviewing services to facilitate improvement and ensure effective use of resources
- recognising that safeguarding and the promotion of welfare is a priority
As a successful applicant, you should have the relevant qualifications and experience of working with disabled people and their families as well as a good working knowledge of the associated legislation.
