Job Description

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, consultations, and physical examinations independently. Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. Prescribe medications, order investigations, and initiate appropriate treatments in line with clinical guidelines. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.

Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Support the training and mentorship of junior staff, students, and peers. Participate in audits, quality improvement projects, and ongoing professional development.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional standards.
