Advance Test Centre Manager

Job Description

As an Advanced Test Centre Manager, you will be the single point of contact with LanguageCert on all matters relating to the general administration and financial affairs of the Centre. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality assurance systems for all LanguageCert qualifications are properly maintained throughout the Test Centre operations.

Your main responsibilities:



accessing LanguageCert's dedicated web administration platform (PASSPORT) to book exams on demand, register candidates, access statements of results (SoRs) and candidates' e-Certificates

ensuring that all candidates are treated equally according to LanguageCert's "Equality and Diversity Policy"

ensuring that Exam Sessions are booked through PASSPORT or that the exam request form is submitted to LanguageCert in accordance with the timeframes specified by LanguageCert

providing candidates with timely Exam Registration Instructions and information about the exam date, location and exam proceedings

ensuring that all exam related personnel receive training for their respective role (Advanced Test Centre Manager, Chief Invigilator, Invigilator and Interlocutor) offered by LanguageCert and that they are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities

ensuring that all personnel are provided with and have access to current and up-to-date LanguageCert examination documentation/specifications at all times

maintaining secure records of candidate registrations, SoRs and e-certificates in accordance with current data privacy protection legislation

receiving and distributing hard copy certificates to candidates as necessary

ensuring that examination days run smoothly and in accordance with LanguageCert's specified requirements

resolving any technical issues that may arise before or during examinations.

Minimum required skills and qualifications:



Good command of English (oral and written)
Excellent communication and organisational skills

IT literacy (computer skills and use of related technology and software)

Understanding of the need to strictly follow rules and procedures Polite, professional, punctual and a team player Able to critically evaluate issues/situations/conditions and take corrective actions Understand priorities Prior management experience will be an asset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 41,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
