Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Clinical Nurse Managers or Paediatric Complex Care Nurses to provide expert care cost reports for personal injury and clinical negligence cases.

You'll assess and document the long-term care needs of children with complex care needs--including cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries--to support fair legal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive care assessments for children and young people with complex health needs. Prepare detailed, evidence-based care cost reports for legal proceedings. Participate in case conferences, expert meetings, and respond to evolving evidence throughout the case lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:

Registered Nurse with 6+ years' experience post-qualification. Minimum 2 years' experience in paediatric complex care or care coordination. Experience supporting children with complex care needs--including cerebral palsy, acquired or traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. Strong clinical reasoning, report writing, and care planning skills. Availability for at least 10 hours per week for expert witness work.
