The Opportunity



West Sussex County Council are looking for a highly organised Advanced Apprentice to join us.


Salary:

24,027 to 24,404 per annum.


Working Pattern

: Full-time, 37 hours per week.


Contract type:

18 month Apprenticeship

Location:

County Hall, Chichester, hybrid working available.


Interview date:

w/c 11 August 2025



We are looking for a driven and committed individual to join us on

a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

within Legal Services where you will work alongside colleagues in Legal Services to provide a customer focused service to others.



This apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity for school leavers to get a head start on a legal career without going to university. It's also suitable for anyone looking for a change of career.



You will be motivated and a self-starter to complete all your assignments / projects to achieve your qualification and present evidence for assessment within specified timeframes.



This is a flexible role, whereby within your training and work experience, you will learn to complete a range of tasks, some of which may be relatively complex, within timescales to a competent standard.



This apprenticeship will be undertaken over a two-year period. There is a regular and intrinsic requirement to communicate in English with members of the public.
