We are looking for ANPs / Paramedic Practitioners who:

Recent experience in a Primary Care setting Non-medical prescriber MSc Advanced practice or equivalent NMC / HCPC registered UK based (necessity) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent clinical decision making skills A passion for healthcare Motivated and committed to developing the knowledge and skills required for the role and for ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate management plans.
+ Diagnose and manage acute and chronic presentations
+ Provide expert care for frail and elderly patients, including care home visits.
+ Prescribe independently (V300 qualification essential).
+ Order and interpret diagnostic tests and investigations.
+ Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.
+ Contribute to service development, audits, and clinical governance activities.
+ Support colleagues and learners through mentorship and professional guidance.
+ Desirable for the post:
+ Experience in long-term condition (LTC) management (e.g. COPD, diabetes, heart failure).
+ Leadership or teaching experience
+ Essential Requirements
+ Registered Nurse/paramedic
+ Full UK driving licence
+ Proven experience in the assessment and management of frail adults and/or care home patients.
