ACP/ANP

to join our growing multidisciplinary team under the

Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS)

What you'll be doing

You'll work alongside a fantastic team of GPs, pharmacists, social prescribers, care coordinators, nurses, and admin colleagues. You'll help lead minor illness clinics, support urgent care, manage long-term conditions, and contribute to same-day access for patients. We're looking for someone confident in autonomous clinical decision-making and keen to shape services across our PCN.

We're looking for an ACP/ANP who

Is fully qualified and experienced in primary care
Holds an Independent Prescribing qualification
Is confident managing minor illness, chronic disease, and urgent presentations
Thrives in autonomous roles with strong clinical leadership
Brings a collaborative, patient-centred approach and great communication skills
