About the Role

We are working with the

Community Emergency Medicine Service (CEMS)

to provide

agency paramedic and advanced clinician cover

across Lincolnshire.
CEMS brings the

Emergency Department to the patient

, responding to complex emergencies in partnership with the ambulance service. You'll work alongside experienced

doctors, advanced practitioners, nurses, and paramedics

using advanced diagnostics and treatments normally only available in hospital -- all delivered directly in the community.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced

HCPC-registered paramedics

to join a high-performing, innovative pre-hospital team providing enhanced assessment, treatment, and decision-making at scene.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to 999 calls and attend complex medical or trauma emergencies Undertake advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment at scene Use

point-of-care testing, ultrasound, and advanced monitoring

to support decision-making Manage patients across all ages and acuity levels -- from minor illness to life-threatening emergencies Lead or support a two-person clinical crew Refer or discharge patients appropriately, avoiding unnecessary hospital conveyance Complete high-quality documentation and clinical handovers Maintain professional standards, training, and vehicle readiness
Requirements

- HCPC

Registered Paramedic

(or equivalent clinical registration

- Minimum

5 years post-registration experience

in emergency or urgent care
- Proven experience managing undifferentiated patients independently
- A

LS / PALS

certified

Full UK driving licence

(emergency driving qualification desirable)
- Confident working autonomously in dynamic pre-hospital environments
- Right to work in the UK

Desirable:



MSc Advanced Clinical Practice or Independent Prescriber (V300) Diploma in Immediate / Urgent Medical Care Experience in critical care or trauma response
