ADVANCED CLINICAL PRACTITIONER (Jobs Share) VACANCY, LOOE, CORNWALL

We have an exciting opportunity for an ACP to join our practice for 5 days a week with a job shared being considered.

Situated in the beautiful Cornish seaside town of Looe, our main surgery is nestled in a harbourside setting with stunning riverside views.

Working alongside our duty team, you will undertake a range of tasks including duty phone calls, face 2 face appointments, home visits and supporting our PCN based frailty team on a morning call. GP training practice at all grades, with excellent F2 and ST feedback

Part of the East Cornwall PCN and approved Type 2 visa sponsor for international clinicians

What we need:

Commitment, enthusiasm and a team orientated approach

A flexible and positive approach to forthcoming changes in General Practice

Completed a Centre for Advancing Practice-accredited MSc Advanced Practice programme or have Completed the Centre's ePortfolio (Supported) Route.
