Minor Illness and Minor Injury

to support our

Urgent Care Service

in Portsmouth (PO1).

Shift Hours:

08:00 - 20:30 (12-hour shift with a 30-minute break)

Available Dates:

April:

28th, 29th

May:

1st, 3rd, 17th, 19th, 22nd, 24th, 29th

June:

1st

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert assessment and treatment for

minor illnesses and minor injuries

. Perform

suturing

as required (plastering experience not essential). Conduct

2 hours of streaming and 2 hours of 111 consultations

per shift. Ensure safe and effective clinical decision-making in an urgent care setting.

Requirements:

Level 7 ACP qualification

(essential).

IRMER/Red Dot training

and experience in

urgent care settings

.

Proven experience in Minor Illness & Minor Injury.

Ability to work independently and confidently in

urgent care environments

.
