We're looking for an Advanced Joiners to join our growing team. We have a strong pipeline for 2026 and beyond which will be delivered by our exceptional construction team.

The role




We are looking to recruit Level 3 qualified Joiners who are highly skilled and experienced advanced Joiners working as part of our growing team based on sites across the Northwest.


As an advanced joiner, you'll be expected to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of skill, precision, and professionalism in all aspects of joinery work.


You will report to the Joinery Manager and work on a variety of schemes such as Schools / Hi-rise residential / Student accommodation.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:



Carry out high-quality 1st and 2nd fix joinery work on-site, including installation of doors, windows, staircases, partitions, skirting, kitchens, and roofs. Read and understand technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Use a range of hand and power tools with competence and care. Work in line with building regulations, health & safety standards, and company quality expectations. Liaise with site managers and contractors to be able to keep up with the programme. Solve problems on-site and adapt to challenges as they arise. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

About you




It is

essential

that you have a CSCS qualification (gold advanced craft) along with City and Guilds/ NVQ: Level 3 or equivalent in carpentry or joinery. It goes without saying that you will have worked in a similar role and in the Construction Industry and have worked on schemes that range from 0.5m to 25m, such as High-Rise Apartments, Education (School, Universities), Retail etc. You will enjoy working in a busy and demanding environment and as part of a team. Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to mentor and provide guidance to the trainee / apprentice joiners.
