About the Role

We are seeking experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) to join an established team delivering high-quality, on-the-day primary care services across multiple sites in central London.

You will join a supportive multidisciplinary environment and work flexibly across Additional Access, eHub, and Enhanced Access services, providing acute care to a diverse patient population.

What You'll Do

Conduct face-to-face consultations for same-day, on-the-day presentations (e.g. respiratory, dermatological, gynaecological, minor illness) Deliver digital triage and close patient e-consultations as part of a centralised model Work across multiple service hubs within the HCL network Assess, diagnose, prescribe, and manage treatment autonomously for patients aged 5 and above Engage in MDT working and contribute to safe, effective service delivery

Session Times

Face-to-face: 13:30-17:40 or 14:00-18:10 6-day service - flexibility welcomed eHub: 08:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:30

What We're Looking For

MSc or PGDip in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent) Registered Independent Prescriber (V300) Proven experience in primary care, urgent care, or A&E Competence in minor illness management, autonomous triage, and digital consultations Strong communication, time management and organisational skills
