Ensure accurate and legible notes of all consultations and treatments are recorded.
Prescribe safe, effective and appropriate medication as defined by current legislative framework and considering the Worcestershire prescribing formula guidelines. To liaise with a doctor regarding patients with complex problems who need the expertise of a general practitioner.
