The Role
You will see patients presenting with undifferentiated illness or injury, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing. A specialism in diabetes would be welcome, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe and manage treatments
Provide health education and counselling
Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team
Maintain accurate clinical records
What Were Looking For
ANP qualification with 35 years experience
NMC revalidation and prescribing qualification
Strong evidence of autonomous practice
Diabetes expertise (desirable)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
