We are currently working with a fantastic healthcare organisation in

Milton Keynes

who are seeking an experienced

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

or

Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)

to join their multidisciplinary team. This is a

permanent opportunity

with flexible options for both full-time (40 hours) and part-time employment.

Permanent - Full-time/Part-time available

Salary:

50,000 - 55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

You'll be working across three well-established GP surgeries in Milton Keynes as part of a supportive PCN environment that includes GPs, nurses, wellbeing advisors, physician associates, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Autonomous patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment Work within a progressive MDT across 3 practices Clinical governance & leadership alongside lead nurse Actively contribute to service development and patient pathways

Requirements:

Registered with NMC/HCPC/GPhC MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent Independent Prescriber Experience in primary care & minor illness management Familiarity with SystemOne
