Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical examinations and obtain detailed patient histories. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions. Develop and implement personalised treatment plans based on patient needs. Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.

Experience

A Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification is essential. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Nurse Practitioner. Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems is an advantage. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: 53,700.00-56,000.00 per year
