Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner located in Redhill. The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care services, conducting patient assessments, diagnosing health conditions, developing treatment plans, and managing patient health records. The role also includes educating patients and their families on health conditions and preventive care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and adhering to healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. Independent Prescribing qualification. Proven experience working autonomously as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or urgent care setting. Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, management of complex presentations, and prescribing. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-working abilities. Experience in telephone triage and virtual consultations. Previous background in GP practice or community nursing. Teaching or mentorship qualifications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 50,000.00-58,000.00 per year
