We are currently seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team. As a GP training practice, we value mentorship, innovation, and clinical excellence.
The Role
You'll manage a broad clinical caseload across acute, urgent, and long-term conditions, offering on-the-day care and contributing to chronic disease management. You'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care, working collaboratively with our GPs, nurses, HCAs, and other professionals.
What We're Looking For
- MSc/Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Independent Prescriber (V300) - Essential
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience in primary or urgent care
- Reflective, emotionally intelligent, and team-oriented
Key Responsibilities
- Independently assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Provide personalised care and support shared decision-making
- Confidently manage patients with long-term conditions as part of routine care
- Prescribe medications and treatments in line with qualifications
- Contribute to governance, QOF, audit, and clinical leadership
- Support staff mentoring and training
- Engage in safeguarding, emergency response, and infection prevention
